How does our pricing work?
Proactive Maintenance Hours
- Available in 10, 20, 30, and 40 hours per month
- Used for ongoing maintenance, updates, and recurring tasks
- Recommended hours depend on device numbers (laptops, desktops, servers) and the amount of ongoing work needed
Block Hours
- Available in 10, 20, 30, and 40 hour bundles
- Used for general support, fixes, and project work
- Larger bundles = better hourly rate
- Blocks over 40 hours can be billed monthly (by agreement)
Pay‑By‑Hour
- Ideal for ad‑hoc, occasional support
- Remote support: billed in 15‑minute increments
- Onsite support: 1‑hour minimum, then billed in 15‑minute increments after the first hour
