Block Hours: prepay a bundle of hours at a discount (5 hrs $1,078; 10 hrs $2,090; 20 hrs $4,048; 30 hrs $5,874; 40 hrs $7,568), valid for 12 months. IT8 targets: critical outages (business down) within 1 hour; high priority (significant impact) within 2 hours; standard requests within 4 business hours; low priority by next business day. Proactive Managed IT clients receive priority SLA response. After-hours emergency support is available at $275/hr. Response times are confirmed in your service agreement.
