Affiliate Referral Program

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Affiliate Referral Program. By registering for the program, you agree to the following:

1. Program Registration

Anyone can register — you do not need to be a current client.
Registration must occur before any referral rewards can be applied.
A valid registration form must be completed.

2. Referral Process and Notification

You must notify us of the referral by completing the referral form.
The date the referral form is submitted is considered the official referral date.
The 30 day discount period for both parties starts from the referral form date.
Rewards cannot be backdated if the referral is not formally submitted.

3. Referral Rewards

3.1 Reward for the new referred customer:

The referred customer receives 20 percent off services for 30 days, starting from the referral form date.
The discount applies to service invoices only. 
Applies to first-month maintenance services only. Excludes block hours and prepaid packages.
Hardware purchases are excluded.

3.2 Reward for the referring participant:

The referring participant receives 20 percent of the referred customer’s total service invoice amount for every invoice raised during their 30 day discount period.
This reward is based on the full invoice amount, not the discounted amount.
Applies to service invoices only.
Applies to first-month maintenance services only. Excludes block hours and prepaid packages.
Hardware purchases are excluded.

4. Example of Discount and Kickback

To explain how the program works:
The referred customer receives a service invoice for $400.
They receive a 20 percent discount, which equals $80 off, so they pay $320.
The referring participant also receives 20 percent of the $400 invoice total, which is $80.
This applies to every qualifying service invoice the referred customer receives during their 30‑day period.

5. Discount Conditions

Discounts and kickbacks are valid for 30 days only from the referral form date.
Discounts cannot be stacked with any other offers or promotions.
Only one referring participant can be linked to each referral.
Kickbacks are only earned if the referred customer completes a paid service invoice using their discount.

6. Program Updates

Conditions apply.
The program may change at any time without notice.

7. Misuse of the Program

We may suspend or remove any participant from the program if misuse or abuse is identified.

8. Unlimited Referral

There is no limit to how many referrals a participant can make.
You may refer multiple people, and each successful referral will qualify for its own 30‑day discount and reward period.
