We desire to run a very transparent business model. However pricing in IT can get confusing, please feel free to call us and we can help you choose the most cost effective, efficient plan for your needs.

Our Point of difference:

We pride ourselves on our ethics and want to be a core part of your team while you grow.

  • Billed in 15 minute increments. We keep the increments low.
  • If we don't fix or don't find a solution, no charge.
  • We stand by our configuration work for 30 days (*conditions apply). This means if that pesky printer doesn't stay fixed, we will keep working on the ticket for free until you confirm it works exactly as intended.
  • We don't charge to escalate or learn. If the technician you talk to doesn't know, that's on us. We need to train better, which means you won't be billed for that time.
    Note: If the request falls outside our skill set and is not a common industry‑standard requirement, we will seek approval for this niche request.
