IT8 has three pricing models (all prices include GST). Pay by Hour: $220/hr standard, $275/hr after hours — no commitment required. Block Hours: prepay a bundle of hours at a discount (5 hrs $1,078; 10 hrs $2,090; 20 hrs $4,048; 30 hrs $5,874; 40 hrs $7,568), valid for 12 months. Proactive Managed IT: monthly plans with proactive monitoring, priority response, and rollover hours (5 hrs $1,045/month; 10 hrs $1,980; 20 hrs $3,740; 30 hrs $5,280; 40 hrs $6,600). Yes. IT8 provides remote IT support to businesses anywhere in Australia — including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and regional areas — as well as internationally. IT8 provides onsite IT support across Victoria, primarily in Melbourne and the eastern suburbs. Remote IT support is available to businesses across all Australian states and territories — Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, ACT, and Northern Territory — as well as internationally. Hardware procurement and delivery is available Australia-wide.

How quickly does IT8 respond to IT support requests?

IT8 targets: critical outages (business down) within 1 hour; high priority (significant impact) within 2 hours; standard requests within 4 business hours; low priority by next business day. Proactive Managed IT clients receive priority SLA response. After-hours emergency support is available at $275/hr. Response times are confirmed in your service agreement.
