APPENDIX C - Block Hours
1. Purchase
This package provides prepaid support hours. Additional blocks may be purchased at any time.
2. Usage
Time is deducted in 15‑minute increments for remote work and 30‑minute increments for onsite work. Onsite work has a minimum charge of 1 hour. Travel time within the Melbourne metropolitan area may be recorded as billable time when onsite service is requested. If travel exceeds 30 minutes, any additional time will be charged at the standard rate.
3. Expiry
Purchased hours expire twelve (12) months from the date of invoice.
4. Reporting
IT8 will provide a weekly statement of hours used and remaining balance.
IT Support Package/Block Hours
Expiry of hours is 1 year (12 Months)
There are no limitations in block hour usage.
