IT8 has three pricing models (all prices include GST). Pay by Hour: $220/hr standard, $275/hr after hours — no commitment required. Block Hours: prepay a bundle of hours at a discount (5 hrs $1,078; 10 hrs $2,090; 20 hrs $4,048; 30 hrs $5,874; 40 hrs $7,568), valid for 12 months. Proactive Managed IT: monthly plans with proactive monitoring, priority response, and rollover hours (5 hrs $1,045/month; 10 hrs $1,980; 20 hrs $3,740; 30 hrs $5,280; 40 hrs $6,600). Does IT8 offer onsite IT support?

Yes. IT8 provides onsite IT support across Victoria, with a primary focus on Melbourne and the eastern suburbs. Onsite visits are available for managed IT clients and break-fix jobs. Most issues are resolved remotely for speed, but onsite attendance is available when physically required. Hardware can be delivered Australia-wide.

Does IT8 offer remote IT support?

Yes. IT8 provides remote IT support to businesses anywhere in Australia — including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and regional areas — as well as internationally. Remote support covers the full range of IT8 services including managed IT, Microsoft 365, VoIP, cybersecurity, hosting, and strategic consulting. There are no geographic restrictions for remote services.

What areas does IT8 service?

IT8 provides onsite IT support across Victoria, primarily in Melbourne and the eastern suburbs. Remote IT support is available to businesses across all Australian states and territories — Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, ACT, and Northern Territory — as well as internationally. Hardware procurement and delivery is available Australia-wide.

How quickly does IT8 respond to IT support requests?

IT8 targets: critical outages (business down) within 1 hour; high priority (significant impact) within 2 hours; standard requests within 4 business hours; low priority by next business day. Proactive Managed IT clients receive priority SLA response. After-hours emergency support is available at $275/hr. Response times are confirmed in your service agreement.

What makes IT8 different from other IT providers?

IT8's key differentiators: billing in 15-minute increments (not 30 or 60 min blocks); no charge if an issue is not resolved; 30-day workmanship guarantee on configuration work; no charge for escalation or technician training time; no penalty rates for exceeding managed IT hours; hours roll over monthly on active maintenance plans; and a 5.0 Google rating from verified Melbourne business clients. What is the difference between IT8.au and ITE8.com.au?

IT8.au handles day-to-day business IT: managed IT, hosting, networking, VoIP, backup, Microsoft 365, hardware, and break-fix support. ITE8.com.au is the cybersecurity and Essential 8 compliance arm of the same group, specialising in regulatory compliance, security posture, and governance frameworks. Both operate under Implement the Essential 8 Pty Ltd. Many clients use both services together for complete IT and security coverage.

What managed IT pricing plans does IT8 offer?

IT8 Proactive Managed IT plans include monitoring, security patching, strategic reviews, weekly health checks, and priority SLA.
